Gray Lake Reggie Brown grew up in the Forest Hills section of Queens, living with his parents. Their next door neighbors were Ben and May Parker, and their nephew, Peter. Peter and Reggie quickly became the closest of friends, often joined by their other neighbor, Mary Jane Watson. While Peter was always a bit of a science nerd, Reggie grew up loving sports. When they entered high school, Reggie tried out for every team. He was a shortstop on the baseball team, the kicker for the football team and a point guard on the basketball team. Then came the day that changed his and Peter's lives. Both boys were bitten by genetically altered spiders, giving them special powers. While both of them received enhanced strength and the ability to climb walls, Reggie lacked Peter's Spider-Sense. Instead, he discovered he could spit webbing. And through trial and error, he learned liquids of different viscosity produced different thicknesses of webs. Water produced the thinnest, chocolate syrup produced the thickest. Like Peter, Reggie adopted a costumed identity. Learning of a spider called the brown recluse, Reggie took that as his new identity. Sadly, on the same night that Peter's Uncle Ben was killed, Reggie's father was also killed, hit by a drunk driver. Reggie joined Peter in his new crime fighting endeavours. Eventually, the two young heroes were recruited by SHIELD. Reggie, who had turned down dates with numerous cheerleaders, finally found the woman of his dreams, when they were introduced to their new teammates. Reggie never thought he would actually stand a chance with a bookworm like Ava Ayala, aka White Tiger. But after several weeks of working together, and with Peter's encouragement, Reggie asked her out. To his surprise, she said yes. The two of them started dating, and became much closer when Ava and the rest of the team had to stay with Peter and May after the destruction of the Helicarrier.

Gray Lake White Tiger (real name Ava Ayala) is a S.H.I.E.L.D. trainee and the current successor in her family's legacy to bear the name. Originally a lone hero, she joined S.H.I.E.L.D. in an effort to become a right-hand woman to Nick Fury. With the rest of her group, she embarked on many missions and developed further as a hero. Throughout her time with the rest of the group, she rediscovered her hatred for Kraven the Hunter for the murders of her father and grandfather and overcame her desire to kill him herself with the aid of Spider-Man. She controls herself maturally and helps the others with that too. Ava was born to Hector Ayala. Ava became White Tiger after her father was heavily injured by Kraven the Hunter during the latter's seeking of his power. Her father passed the Tiger Amulet down to her and instructed that it not fall into Kraven's hands, in fear that the tyrant would become even more powerful. She took the Tiger Amulet, every day enduring it's willingness to drive her into becoming wild and uncontrolled. She then became the White Tiger and eventually joined S.H.I.E.L.D. shortly after becoming a hero. She moved into the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier and met Nova, Iron Fist and Power Man after doing so. Soon enough, S.H.I.E.L.D. have uncovered her past and kept it in their records. Spider-Man took Nick Fury's previous advice to him in stride and went to join S.H.I.E.L.D. on his own freewill. During his battle against several automated robots, White Tiger watched his fight. She criticized his fighting style, stating that he was merely going around the combatants and smashing them. As Nova questioned Nick Fury for testing Spider-Man without his consent, White Tiger mocked him for still believing himself to be in charge and called him cute. As the four analyzed him, White Tiger referred to him as someone with low self-esteem and an identification with bugs merely because he named himself Spider-Man. As Iron Fist compared Spider-Man's criticism to the group's unknowing of him, White Tiger stated that she would clean the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier for a month if Spider-Man were to join. White Tiger also stated she would clean toilets as well, following Iron Fist's questioning of such. She high-fived the three shortly afterwards. Spider-Man made his way of the Helicarrier, on a motorcycle designed for him and was having difficulty using it. Luckily, White Tiger and the others came to his aid, in which she piloted the motorcycle after he was removed from it by Nova. As Spider-Man asked whom they were, she introduced herself and explained her capabilities to him. She tried to introduce Luke by his real name, but was cut off by the latter in mid-speech. Luke instead wanted to identify himself as Power Man, something White Tiger opted to let him do. She returned to the Helicarrier with Spider-Man and her group and was ecstatic to win her bet after he chose to not join the group. Soon enough, Spider-Man was cornered by the Frightful Four sans Trapster and was having a difficult time facing the three by himself. To even the odds, White Tiger and her teammates came to his aid. She jumped on him and was told by Spider-Man that their help was unneeded, as he believed he was on the verge of winning. White Tiger did not agree, instead removing the device placed on Spider-Man's chest by the group and soon enough, was struck from behind by Klaw. She continued to fight him and mocked the villain before being struck in the mouth and knocked unconscious instantly. As she began to fall headfirst, Spider-Man saved her. She was not easily impressed, citing that she could save herself before being placed with her teammates as Spider-Man alerted them of their real priority: protecting the civilians. She abided by his decision and protected the civilians as he faced the Frightful Four alone. During her protecting of the civilians, she was struck in the back alongside Nova and Power Man by Wizard. She later met with Spider-Man as his alter ego Peter Parker during a day at his school and introduced herself. It was also at this time that she met Spider-Man's partner, Brown Recluse, in his secret identity of Reggie Brown, for the first time. Ava was surprised that Reggie, a jock, wasnt as overbearing as most of the other athletes in school. Several weeks later, he surprised her again, when he asked her out. She said yes, and the two of them had a good time. They quickly became a couple, spending as much time as possible together.

The man known only as Number One is the highest ranking member of the secret organization known as the Men in Black. He was one of the original members, widely believed at the time to be a crackpot, for claiming to be in contact with aliens. But he was, having made some connections at Roswell. Thanks to a gift from some generous visitors from of world, his lifespan has been expanded significantly. While he was in his 20s in 1948, he still looks to be no older than in his 30s today. Number One was the first of the MiB to meet the two Minutiaeians who had been on Earth for thousands of years, Morphos and Multus Morphicron, aka Brian and Bob Crowmeowme. Brian used his knowledge of weaponry to outfit the organization, even adapting a Minutiaeian memorican into what has become MiB's standard issue neuralizer. Because of his status within the organization, he has been given certain privileges that other members do not. Such as the allowance to fraternize within the ranks. He has been in a relationship with Agent L since she joined the organization in the late 90s. He has offered to share his life-extending gift with her, but she prefers to age normally. Despite this, they have two children, 9 year old Sabrina and three year old Alan. Another privilege is the ability to choose his own assignments. While he had been in the main office in New York ever since the beginning, when his old friends, the Crowmeowmes, proposed a Gray Lake location, he decided to move west. His only hesitation was how much he would miss the coffee back east. Number One is adept with every single weapon available to the MiB, from the Noisy Cricket to larger weapons, rarely deployed because of their obvious visibility, and only used in extreme planetary threats. He was also given his own personalized transportation, as opposed to the standard LTD most agents drive. He drives a modified Crowmeowme Motors luxury sedan, updated every year at no charge to himself or the MiB by Brian and Bob. The car is fully equipped with the same features as other MiB vehicles, and a few special extras the Crowmeowmes developed themselves.

Agents M and R (original)
Agents M and R were recruited by J and K while looking for an alien criminal in Baltimore. Both were recruited separately, and forced to work together to stop a criminal activity near a local high school. After disposing of the alien, M and R agreed to go to New York to assist in furthering alien peace.
After several missions together, M and R's relationship changed to partners. They seemed to work well together. Many times, they would get information about crimes that seemed to be too hard for MIB to handle. R wondered if M was working with someone...
About two years later, R got a shock from Zedd himself. He revealed that M was actually an alien who was trained to be better than the MIB, and who was working with another branch on another planet. Zedd asked R to train with M, and he reluctantly agreed.
M introduced R to Zee, M's true boss, on her home planet. This planet was peaceful, but unusual. R agreed to keep the location of the planet a secret. Zee then erased R from Earth's records, explaining than M only exists on this planet, and now, so does R.
After six months of training, M and R returned to Earth, as liasons to Earth.
M and R appear to be in their late 20s. Certain technologies, foreign to Earth, and illegal there due to certain trade agreements, have given them an extended lifespan. They usually work together, and usually are as good as J and K. Due to certain rule changes, M and R have started to date, which Zedd has allowed. M and R usually talk tech with Elle (L). They do not reveal much about anything to her. They also work, at times, with E, out of the Hollywood office. When Number One heard about their recent escapades, he offered them positions in the Grey Lake Office. As yet, they have not decided to move. They work well with the Worms out of the New York Office, and have been trying to get certain superior coffees west.

ACME, Carmen Sandiedo and Chronoskimmer.
The origins of ACME are unknown, but are known to be a investigative organization, based out of San Francisco, California, in another dimension. Their main goal is to capture Carmen Sandiego. Carmen is now in her late 40s, and is semi-retired from criminal activity. She is wanted on several counts of theft (both temporal and world-wide) and temporal tampering. Player, an unknown figure, uses a computer to use the C-5 (Cross Continental Carmen Capture Conveance) to transport the agents across the world to stop Carmen.
In the early 2100s, Timenet was formed to stop temporal havoc. Their invention, the Chronoskimmer, allows people to travel into the past and future to save history. Zack and Ivy are two top ACME and Timenet agents, and are aided but the computerized CHIEF. Rainbow and Melissa are Timenet agents, given a prototype Skimmer that allows dimensional travel, recently released to Timenet agents.
Most temporal events are given a class, based on how much of an impact it would have on the timeline. A class five disturbance is usually the most impactful.
Currently, Zack is 21, and Ivy is 26. CHIEF usually keeps a backup of its data every one hundred years.
