Generator Rex

With the Heroes United team-up with Ben 10, Generator Rex is added to the group. This section will cover all characters from the show, as well as original characters.

Rex Salazar is a sixteen-year-old amnesiac E.V.O. with the ability to grow weapons and machines out of his body at will. He is employed as a secret weapon to Providence, a global organization dedicated to protecting the world from rampaging E.V.O.s.

Early Life

Rex was the second son born to Rafael and Violeta Salazar in Geneva, Switzerland, where he lived with them and his older brother Caesar. Rafael, Violeta, and Caesar were brilliant scientists who had traveled all over the world before Rex's birth. As a young child, Rex spent every summer in a small Mexican town, where he played with his best friend, Federico.

Prior to the Nanite Event, and during the Nanite Project which his parents and brother worked on, Rex was critically injured by an industrial accident (according to Caesar, the accident was caused by a dispute between the many scientists about how the nanites were to be used). The scientists - among them Violeta, Rafael, Caesar, and Gabriel Rylander - injected Rex with the original batch of fully programed nanites, hoping to save Rex's life and to make the other scientists see that their ways were for the greater good. However, Rex's new abilities, courtesy of the nanites, only reinforced their beliefs. While Rex, Gabriel, and Caesar were able to survive the Nanite Event by sheer blind luck, Rafael and Violeta were unfortunately killed as a result of the massive nanite explosion.

Later, after losing his memories, assumed to have been caused by the explosion, Rex ended up in Hong Kong, China and became friends with three incurable E.V.O.s named Tuck, Skwydd, and Cricket. Unbeknown to them, however, Rex was also top lieutenant to an E.V.O. crime lord named Quarry. He later secretly traded his friends to Quarry in exchange for his own freedom.

A few years later, Rex transformed into a giant bio-mechanical form and went on a rampage in Mexico. Providence sent a group of soldiers - including Six and White Knight - to contain the menace. After sustaining heavy damage, Rex crashed into a building and reverted to his human form, forgetting everything that happened before he turned full E.V.O. Six discovered the young boy beneath the wreckage and helped him to safety. Although Six was initially reluctant to look after Rex, he felt sympathy for him when he discovered that Rex was suffering from amnesia.

Later, after Rex saved Six from a dangerous E.V.O. by curing it, Six took Rex to Providence to show his incredible curing capabilities to Dr. Holiday, who had been trying to find a way to revert E.V.O.s to their unmutated forms instead of killing them. While hopeful by the discovery, Six did not trust the current head of Research and Development, Dr. Fell, and his then partner, White Knight, and asked that the discovery be kept under wraps. Six's suspicions were confirmed when White kidnapped, interrogated, and later caged Dr. Holiday to discover the reason why Six had brought Rex to Providence.

White, with Dr. Fell, kidnapped Rex while he was sleeping and attempted to dissect him molecule by molecule to reverse-engineer his unique curing capabilities. They failed, however, when Rex's nanites subconsciously reacted to the danger. In the resulting struggle, White was trapped in the chamber during an overload, and Pell was later fired and replaced by Dr. Holiday. With White Knight's body bleached and his nanites destroyed, he was declared head of Providence for this very reason. Rex was inducted into Providence for his curing powers.

As Rex lived in Providence, he came to see it as his home and developed tight bonds with the people there, particularly Agent Six, Dr. Holiday and Bobo, openly acknowledging them as his family. After finding his older brother Caesar, Rex was glad to have found a family member. However, he admitted that he wasn't as happy as he thought he would be. He declared that the people in Providence - Six, Holiday and Bobo - were the ones he really had a family-like connection with.

Personality

Rex is overconfident, impulsive, and rebellious. He is quite headstrong, which according to Van Kleiss, Rex has inherited from his mother, Violeta. He has a quick wit and is constantly making jokes. However, when Rex needs to defend himself, he doesn't hold back. Aggressive and reckless, Rex prefers to smash anything that gets in his way, much to the annoyance of Providence. Despite this, Rex has also shown a selfless side to his personality, as he has cured E.V.O.s even at his own risk.

He has also shown an empathetic side to his personality. For example, he understands that many of the E.V.O.s he fights have loved ones concerned about them, and he tries to cure them whenever he can. Another example would be when Rex was the only one to see things from both Agent Six's and Serge's point of views.

He also has conflicting feelings about his position in Providence. While he is loyal to the organization, sometimes the pressure of being the only person that can cure E.V.O.s is too much for him to handle. Consequently, he sometimes breaks out of the base to go on "road trips", as he calls them, to blow off steam. However, he always returns, perhaps out of a sense of duty, purpose, and caring for his team.

Rex has also been shown to be clever. For example, Tuck stated that Rex created the voice-activated nano-ink tattoos that Rex, Tuck, Skwydd, and Cricket have, after a problem they had with a shape-shifter E.V.O.

Coming from a family of scientists, Rex is quite intelligent, as shown when he was able to take high school courses with ease. After taking a trigonometry pop quiz, Rex casually told Noah that it was "just trig" and explained that it was like aiming his cannon.

Rex sometimes uses his sarcastic wit to manipulate his enemies. Rex tricked Van Kleiss and NoFace into fighting each other, since Van Kleiss needed him alive, while NoFace wanted to kill him. He also used Biowulf's fear of being replaced with NoFace to persuade Biowulf to help. He also manipulated Van Kleiss by saying that he would join the Pack to get Van Kleiss to save the ones he cared about; however, he later cured Van Kleiss when he shook Kleiss' hand.

Physical Appearance

Rex is Hispanic, being half-Argentinian and half-Mexican. He is most normally seen with lightly spiked, slicked back dark hair. He is also taller than most people his age. When he was found by Six for the first time, he was wearing his trademark red-orange jacket, a black shirt, jeans, and blue shoes. His hair was also longer and spiked straight up.

Rex also wears a pair of orange goggles on top of his head, with a matching red-orange patterned jacket. His T-shirt is blue on the top-half and white on the bottom-half, with two orange rectangles on the right breast. Rex wears black pants with blue geometrical patterns which glow whitish blue whenever Rex uses his powers. He also wears blue gloves with orange cuffs and blue-black shoes.

Rex wears Six's suits (usually without his consent) as formal attire. He sometimes wears a Providence suit or stealth suit for invisibility.

Powers and Abilities

Like all living beings on Earth, Rex has nanites bonded to him on a molecular level. Having activated nanites makes him an E.V.O.; however, unlike most E.V.O.s (Van Kleiss and Circe being a few of the exceptions), Rex has the ability to control his nanites at will, allowing him to generate various machinery from his body. He can also use his nanites to communicate with a variety of machines, as well as cure some E.V.O.s of their mutations.

E.V.O. Abilities

Technopathy: Rex is capable of using his nanites to interface with technology, allowing him to communicate with and control it. For example, he first demonstrated this ability to escape the confines of The Keep. Said in his own words, he can "hear them". This can also backfire; hearing too many voices at once will overwhelm Rex and eventually cause him to lose consciousness. After regaining his powers, his technopathic capabilities grew stronger, as shown when he took control of the entire Providence base to disarm hidden bombs. It is shown that Rex's enhanced technopathic capabilities can also allow him to reprogram machines.

E.V.O. Curing: Perhaps Rex's most important ability, Rex can extract the active nanites of other E.V.O.s to cure them. Initially, Rex could not cure E.V.O.s unless they willingly allowed him to extract their nanites. Later, his curing ability seemed to have improved somewhat, as he was able to cure some of Quarry's E.V.O henchmen against their will. However, it's possible they were simply caught off guard, as the first didn't know he was capable of curing, and the second was unconscious. When Rex attempted to cure a bug-E.V.O., Rex told Six that he had trouble curing non-human E.V.Os; however, he later claimed that he could have cured the bug-E.V.O. if he had been given more time. On a later occasion, when Noah stated that Rex told him he had trouble curing non-humans, Rex stated that he had gotten better and he successfully cured a Cat E.V.O. that was hunting them. Eventually, Rex began to cure animal E.V.O.s without any hesitation. However, some E.V.O.s, known as incurables, have nanites that are completely resistant to curing. When Rex stubbornly tried to cure a dying incurable E.V.O. named One, the strain was too much for Rex to handle, causing him to experience pain. Other risks are also associated with E.V.O. curing. Rex has a limit to how many nanites from cured E.V.O.s he can carry. If he exceeds this limit, he will begin growing metallic tumorous sacks. Also, if he extracts corrupted nanites, such as the highly unstable nanites in Abysus, he runs the risk of similarly destabilizing his own body.

E.V.O. Powers

Machine Manifestation: Rex can shape his nanites into a variety of machinery. He uses these for offense, defense, and transportation. The weapons he forms out of his body can be destroyed, but he usually can reform them quickly afterward. Also, if Rex is exhausted, it takes more focus to maintain his weapons; otherwise they instantly disassemble. At one point, Van Kleiss drained away all but one of Rex's nanites, temporarily removing Rex's powers as well. After an MRI, Dr. Holiday discovered the Omega-1 Nanite that Dr. Gabriel Rylander had injected into Rex and identified it as a Control Nanite. Using the supply of inactive nanites he had previously off-loaded in the Purgatory base, Rex was able to reactivate the Control Nanite, regaining his original powers, as well as gaining the blueprints for more powerful machines. Previously, Rex lacked the ability to program his body into building more than one machine. As of now, Rex can now allow his nanites to build and use two machines simultaneously.

Other Abilities

Superhuman Durability: Rex appears to have superhuman durability. On numerous occasions he's survived situations well beyond the capacity of normal humans, like being thrown through a concrete wall.[citation needed] For example, Rex was the only person who could survive using the space elevator. White Knight commented that the G-forces from the trip would kill a normal person. Rex was also smashed through three stone pillars without serious injury.

Enhanced Strength: Rex seems to possess enhanced strength, but only when using his machines. For example, when Rex attended a Providence basic training camp, Rex needed the Smack Hands to do pull ups and push ups and struggled to do sit ups without his mechanical powers. Furthermore, using just his human strength, Rex was unable to pull Circe to safety when Abysus was destabilizing. However, Rex's machines are very heavy, as shown when Rex's Smack Hand caused him to sink in the ocean. This implies that it is the internal mechanisms of the machines that allow him to lift them.

Nanite-Enhanced Immune System: It was stated that Rex was mortally wounded in an industrial accident and that the nanites he was injected with completely healed him. Later, the Omega-1 Nanite he was injected with restarted his heart. Rex's nanites cured him of poison from a sea urchin, implying that Rex has some degree of an accelerated healing factor. Rex also revealed that his nanites can counter-act knock-out gas; however, the same gas was used earlier by Dr. Holiday for the nanite-removal treatment, suggesting that the nanites may have some way to distinguish between the use of such gas as a medical anesthetic or as a weapon, and respond properly. In extreme situations, the nanites inside his body can take control and act to save Rex's life. When Rex tried to cure Weaver, Rex's nanites took control of his body to make him stop and ordered Agent Six to "take the shot". His nanites also subconsciously react to smaller threats. For instance, every time Providence tries to put a tracer on him, his nanites automatically dismantle it.

Unlimited Nanite Creation: Van Kleiss stated that the Omega-1 Nanite inside of Rex has a self-replicating program, meaning that Rex can create more and more active nanites if needed. This function was seen to be operational when the Molecular Destabilizer was obliterating his active nanites.

Advanced Intellect: Although not often portrayed, Rex is quite intelligent. Rex got a 98% on what was considered a very difficult trigonometry test, while one student came out saying "my brain hurts". Rex said it was easy, as it was "like aiming [his] Slam Cannon". When the trigonometry teacher threw out a long string of mathematical trajectories (easily taking ten seconds to say at full speed), Rex worked it out in a few seconds, (shown as a physical diagram in his point of view) and used the trajectory mentioned to send his opponent flying.

Acrobat: Rex is shown to be very good at acrobatics. During one of Rex's flashbacks, Rex, Tuck, Skwydd, and Cricket are shown doing acrobatics during one of their midnight-rooftop runs. Rex also cured an E.V.O. in mid-flip and landed without any problems.

Breach Sensing: Rex seems to be able to sense whenever Breach is near, which he describes as a "creeped-out feeling". While it is clear this new ability works due to his nanites (he says "guess my nanites are onto the whole "ripping-the-very-fabric-of-space" thing"), it isn't clear if he gained this ability from being inside Breach's pocket dimension (as he is also able to know Breach took Circe there, though he could have just been guessing) or due to the abilities the Omega-1 Nanite grants him.

Agent Six, also known as Six, is an agent of Providence and Rex's handler. His name comes from the fact that he is the sixth most dangerous man on the planet. Due to Six's strict by-the-book personality, Rex goes as far as to refer to him as a "nanny, just more aggro". He is currently operating against the reformed Providence, whilst trying to regain six years worth of memory that he lost.

Background

Not much is known about Agent Six's history. He was homeless at some point in his life, and during that time One took him in and trained him. He later joined The Six, a group of dangerous mercenaries led by One. After an unknown amount of time, Six eventually left the group. He later revealed to Rex that there was a time when he wanted to be number One, and that he was well on his way until he met Rex. Six believed that his work for Providence was more important than The Six's work, saying that "fighting a planet-wide plague ranks just a bit higher than breaking arms and legs..."

Personality

Agent Six has an extremely stoic personality, often keeping a stern look on his face. Despite his emotionless exterior, he is a caring person deep down. An example of this is when Six first discovered Rex, who at the time was a young boy, trapped beneath a collapsed building. After Rex confessed that he was scared and alone, with no memory of ever having a family, Six showed sympathy for him and took him back to Providence. It is implied that Six was not given the title of "One" (or any higher) because of the softer side of his personality, which made him less of a threat than the others.

Six rigidly believes that orders are orders, and that they must be obeyed even if one doesn't like them. However, Agent Six isn't without morals. For example, when White Knight was going to use a Bleach Bomb to stop zombie E.V.O.s from crossing the Brooklyn Bridge, Six removed the detonation key, effectively disobeying White Knight's orders. In an attempt to cheer Rex up, Six offered to buy Rex a few more days in Cabo Luna, despite the vacation not being authorized. Six also offered Rex the choice of leaving Providence. He also tricked White Knight into thinking he, Rex and Doctor Holiday would return on The Keep.

Six has also stated that he dislikes firearms, which is why he prefers to use a sword in combat.

After losing the last six years of his memories, Six acts more like the mercenary he once was. Six became more aggressive, cocky, merciless, irresponsible, sarcastic, and a bit of a loner. He is much more flirtatious towards Dr. Holiday and toward Five, to a lesser extent. After deciding to try to become the man everyone knows, Six started to act a little more like his responsible self but still acts more on the "mercenary" side of his personality.

Physical Appearance

Six wears a green suit with a black tie and black sunglasses. As noted by Doctor Holiday, Six likes to continually wear the same suit. He also has a trench coat similar to his suit that he wears in harsh cold weather conditions to keep himself warm.

One year prior to the start of the series, he is shown wearing a green combat suit instead of his regular green suit and tie. Like usual he still wore his sunglasses.

Powers and Abilities

Abilities

Six is skilled in various forms of martial arts. He wields a pair of Magna blades that can slice through most materials with ease; he stores them in his sleeves. These swords can also be used as a powerful magnet when joined together, forming a shape similar to a tuning fork. Six is also proficient in the arts of knife throwing and still has formidable fighting skills when battling with a single katana. He is also very knowledgeable of Providence's rules and codes, most likely because of his by-the-book personality.

Doctor Rebecca Holiday, or just Holiday, is the chief research officer working for Providence, a position she earned due to her expertise in nanotechnology. Along with Agent Six, she's responsible for taking care of Providence's secret weapon, Rex. She takes her job very seriously, constantly monitoring Rex to ensure his safety.

Background

At one point in Rebecca's life, her younger sister had turned into a rampaging E.V.O., putting a fair amount of stress on her. In the early days of Providence, Holiday served as a medical assistant to Dr. Fell. It is implied that Holiday joined Providence in exchange for the guarantee of her sister's safety, who was an incurable E.V.O.[3] However, she was greatly opposed to Providence's protocol for handling E.V.O.s, which was to contain or destroy them. Although she had no authority in the matter, she believed there was another alternative—finding a cure.
One day, Six discovered Rex, who had the ability to cure E.V.O.s. Six presented Rex to Holiday, who was overjoyed with the discovery, but promised with Six to not tell White Knight, who, at this point, was crazed with killing E.V.O.s. Unfortunately, White Knight was mysteriously able to get her to confess, and locked her in a cage to prevent being stopped. Later, Dr. Fell was later fired by Providence following his attempt to dissect Rex and was soon replaced with Dr. Holiday.

Personality

Holiday is the polar opposite of Agent Six, as she is much more in-tune with her emotions. Although she can be short-tempered and stubborn at times, she is a deeply caring person. Her stubbornness can also lead to determination, for example she even attached neural shockers to her forehead to shock herself awake every time she dozed off in order to find a solution. Holiday is also not afraid to speak her mind in front of her superiors, especially when she believes she has a better solution to a problem.

She is also a very empathetic person. She's frequently expressed concern over the fact that Providence views Rex only as a weapon, and not as a sixteen year old teenager. She repeatedly tries to convince Six to try to relate to Rex, as she understands what he goes through with his amnesia and the pressure put on him by Providence.

Physical Appearance

Rebecca has bright green eyes and dark brown hair, which is usually tied up in a high formal bun on the top of her head for working purposes. She is usually seen wearing a white lab coat, an orange, turtle-necked top, a gray skirt, and black knee-high boots. She has a slim, curvaceous figure and is of average height. According to Five, Holiday is more beautiful than Six let on and she's been called beautiful on various occasions.

When out on the battlefield, she wears a black and white jumpsuit similar to that of standard Providence soldiers, with her hair tied up in a her continuous bun. She even has a space suit of her own, used to evidently go to the Space Station in order to complete her tasks.

Prior to Rex's arrival and her chief placement at Providence, she wore her hair down and had shoulder length hair. She had a longer, more closed, white lab dress and she also wore earrings along with the same boots.

When dressing up rather nicely and classy, she wore a light blue formal gown, light blue shoes, golden colored jewelry, and a navy blue shoulder bag.

When Rex goes into the future and Holiday switches ways with Providence, Holiday's attire has changed from her usual, professional lab uniform to a new adventurer type. This time she appears to have kept her orange turtle neck shirt, but wears a dark grey vest over it. She has sleeves/gloves that go a little past her elbows. On her waist is a deep brown utility belt, and she wears dark colored pants with knee-high boots.

Abilities

Intelligence: Holiday is an expert on nanitechnology and evology, due to her being chief research officer of Providence. Her intelligence allows her to quickly piece together facts and figure out solutions to problems with ease.

Combat: Dr. Holiday possesses quick reflexes, as seen when she effortlessly dodged three E.V.O.s that Breach teleported into a Providence containment room. Additionally, Holiday is very capable with machinery and firearms. For example, when Six and Rex were about to be attacked by a massive E.V.O. in Abysus, she jumped in front of them while firing a gun at the E.V.O., causing the creature to back off. She is also shown to be highly accurate when firing.. Not to mention, she does have some skill in piloting Providence air crafts such as being able to fly Providence Jets and Scout ships.

Dr Holiday is newly married to Dr Thomas Clanton, a former classmate. However, she is also pregnant with the child of the Caliph of the floating kingdom of Techtopia, after a relationship which she had no control over. That child was taken from her by Techtopian science. She soon learned that she was pregnant with Thomas's child. They began shopping for a house, close to Providence. However, she was taken by the Techtopians again, an her child was removed, placed in an artificial womb. She and Thomas were able to take this womb back to Proridence, where they learned they were having a son.

Rebecca and Beverly were offered as brides to a powerful, inter-dimensional being, known only as The Great One. He chose Rebecca as his Queen, and have several children with her, despite her only being absent for half an hour. When she was rescued, some of her children went to retrieve her. If she did not return, the Great One would destroy all life on Earth. Van Kleiss solved this problem by cloning her. Thomas chose the clone over the real Rebecca, angering her. He told her that the Great One had changed her, lowered her body temperature, slowed her heartbeat. The clone had none of those changes, and he chose the clone for the sake of their child. Accepting this, the real Rebecca remained with the Great One, while the clone is heading into motherhood with Thomas at her side. Upon their return to Providence, the artificial womb opened, and Thomas Isaac Clanton was welcomed to the world, a healthy, normal baby, save her a slightly higher than normal IQ.

White Knight, also known simply as White, is the leader of Providence, an organization dedicated to eliminating the threat of E.V.O.s. The only known nanite-free person on the planet, he almost always stays in his white sterile office, communicating his orders only through two-way television screens. He doesn't want to touch or even be near E.V.O.s because he fears they'll infect him with nanites.

He hired Noah to keep an eye on Rex and tends to view Rex only as a weapon against the E.V.O.s, not as a person. He's willing to go to great lengths to win the war against E.V.O.s, even if it means sacrificing the lives of innocent people that get in the way.

Early Life

White and Six were working together as mercenaries. Most likely at Six's suggestion the duo went to work for Providence. Several years later White and Six were called in to halt the rampage of a giant Bio-Mechanical E.V.O. much to White's shock Six had rescued a young Rex in the area where the E.V.O. had rampaged, and would later discover that they were one in the same.

The additional discovery that Rex had the ability to cure other E.V.O.s prompted White to kidnap Rex and bring him to the head of R&D Dr. Fell to have him reverse engineer Rex's powers. Six and White got into a fight over the life of Rex which had accidentally overloaded the molecular disassembling chamber that was being used to study Rex, White rescued Six and brought him to safety but he was caught in the destruction of the machine.

Rex deactivated the machine before it killed him and the accident stripped him of his nanites. White Knight was then promoted to leader of Providence. His nanite-free condition made him "the perfect poster boy for [the] operation," as he put it, but as a consequence he was trapped in a sterile nanite free environment for the rest of his life to prevent reinfection with nanites.[3] However despite saving his life White would never forget the monster that Rex was when he was found and began construction of a weaponized hazmat suit to kill him if he ever turned back.

Personality

Cold and ruthless when it comes to achieving his goals, White seems to favor violence to get the job done. For example, he was prepared to detonate a Bleach Bomb planted on the Brooklyn Bridge in order to stop the advance of an E.V.O. named Peter Meechum and his army of zombie E.V.O.s. Later, White Knight scolded Rex about not following his orders, despite the fact that in doing just that Rex saved over 11 million lives.

He views most of his soldiers, including Rex, as expendable weapons. When his soldiers act out of line, he's not above threatening them. He even threatened to eliminate Rex if Six could not learn to control him better.

White Knight has also been shown to be manipulative. He hired Noah to spy on and influence Rex. Although Rex eventually discovered the truth about Noah, Rex still decided to be Noah's friend. This implies that White Knight is trying to indirectly control Rex's life.

White Knight has both a fear and hatred of E.V.O.s and nanites . Over the years, he's seen that nanites typically turn humans and animals into mindless, rampaging beasts; thus, he doesn't trust anything with nanites, namely every living thing on the planet. Furthermore, his own lack of nanites makes him feel like he's the only person on Earth that can be trusted.

At times, he demonstrates a slightly sadistic behavior toward E.V.O.s. For example, he whistled casually as he walked past guards electrocuting captured E.V.O.s at Providence. He was also seen smiling after Dr. Fell and his assistant, Dr. Holiday, had dissected a spider E.V.O on a molecular level.

Physical Appearance

Due to being trapped in a molecular dissection chamber for a few seconds, White is blindingly white from head to toe, having pale skin and snow white hair. His stark appearance is further complemented by a white suit. He's a rather large man with a forbidding expression.

White also has two, white armored suits which he wears to protect himself from nanites and for combat purposes.

Powers and Abilities

White Knight appears to be a human being devoid of any powers or nanites, thus he cannot go E.V.O. and according to him he's the only person on the planet who can't. Also before his accident he's shown to have impressive fighting abillities to the point where he could hold his own against Agent Six. Though since he's been trapped in his office for going on to 2 years it can be assumed his fighting abillities are getting a little rusty.

Equipment

Powered Battle Suit: On one occasion, White Knight emerged from his office wearing a pressurized suit that protected him from all nanites. It also greatly enhanced his strength, reflexes and agility tenfold, and had limited self-repairing capabilities. A mini-laser and a missile launcher were also built into the suit's arms. It also has a built in jet pack which enables him to fly.

Mechanical Armored Battle Suit: White Knight revealed that he had constructed a giant mech-like robot specifically designed to combat E.V.O.s, specifically Rex if he ever went out of control. The robot is piloted by a person inside. It has a large arsenal of weapons, such as stunner missiles, a shoulder mini-gun, and grappling cables capable of channeling electric currents. The machine greatly enhances White Knight's strength and also has flight capabilities. However, it was destroyed after battling Rex, and it is unknown if it was ever rebuilt.

Bobo Haha is an animal E.V.O., taking the form of an anthropomorphic chimp with the ability to speak. He is Rex's sidekick and also a bad influence, something that he has even stated himself.

Background

Little is known about Bobo's past. However, Bobo claimed that before he was turned into an E.V.O., he was a helper animal trained to entertain children at a hospital. His owner was supposedly an eccentric philanthropist.

Personality

Bobo is a fun loving guy, always up to have a good time and has a particular love for gambling. He especially likes having a good time while fighting enemy E.V.O.s. Bobo's good-hearted fun causes Providence to view him as a bad influence on Rex, since he encourages his rebellious tendencies. He is quick to fire his weapon in battle, preferring not to think about the variables. He apparently likes pizza to the point of ratting Rex out to Agent Six. Despite close friends, he shows a general dislike for humans, whom he refers to as "sheep" due to the fact they seem to blindly follow the crowd.

Physical Appearance

He has pale purple skin and brown fur. He wears an eye patch and fez. His shirt and shorts are a dingy gray/green color with blue cloth at the bottom of his sleeves, shorts, and a line down his shirt that extends to the bottom. He also has blue cuff-links. His outfit is like something out of a Renaissance fair. Bobo wears a diaper, which he insists be referred to as a "simian undergarment", in which Agent Six has placed a tracking device.

Powers and Abilities

Aside from his human-level intelligence and the ability to talk, he seems to be a completely normal chimpanzee. He also wields a pair of rather large laser pistols in combat, and has a belt with grenades attached to it, but has only used them in the episode The Forgotten. He is apparently knowledgeable of codes used by Providence, information about locations (New York and resort locations), and is able to fly a variety of military grade aircraft as well as use a variety of military grade weapons (to the point that he once instructed Providence Agents on "The Broiler"). His swinging, balancing and jumping capabilities are that of a typical jungle-variety chimpanzee. Bobo also has approximately 5 times the strength of an average human (most chimps have this physical strength this is not an E.V.O ability). Despite his attitude-problems and gangster personality, Bobo Haha has shown himself to be techno-savy and intelligent enough to create a fully-functional android to pose as him while on his 'bobo-time'.

Noah Nixon is a human agent sent by White Knight to befriend Rex and subtly influence his decisions to make him more compliant. Noah eventually revealed to Rex his status as a covert agent and they became friends on open terms.

Noah introduced himself to Rex and Bobo right after the Skaters suggested going to an arcade to use Rex's powers to hack the games. Noah and Rex immediately hit off after Noah offered to buy them some soda. After they talked to each other for a while, Agent Six and some Providence agents came to retrieve Rex and Bobo.

When the group was ambushed by the Pack, Noah got pushed through a portal to Abysus by Skalamander. Back in Abysus, Noah and Bobo were taken to the gardens by The Pack. Noah noticed that the statues in the garden weren't actually statues but once living E.V.O.s that had been petrified, to which Skalamander replied "smart kid," right before attacking. Noah managed to drop-kick Breach, incapacitating her for a moment. Later, when Rex was battling Van Kleiss, Noah suggested that Van Kleiss didn't just control the earth, but that he was actually a part of it. Rex confirmed this by sensing that every square inch of Abysus was infused with nanites. Eventually, Rex, Bobo, Noah, and Agent Six managed to escape from Abysus.

It is later revealed that Noah was hired by White Knight in order to keep an eye on Rex.

Personality

Being best friends and having many similar interests, Noah isn't too different from Rex. Besides being very competitive against one another, Noah has shown to be more of a mature and responsible teenager compared to Rex. Although his normal job was to keep an eye on Rex as a spy for White Knight, Noah seems to do it perfectly fine on his own on any occasion. He tends to be a voice of reason, telling Rex what's right and what's wrong. He also displays a bit of loyalty and bravery since he is by to fight whenever trouble brews around the two.

It does appear that Noah enjoys playing in ping-pong tournaments in his school, making a quite efficient team with Rex. He also enjoys playing basketball every now and then. As said by him before, he has the fourth (previously third) highest grade point average in his class, meaning that Noah is very intelligent.

Physical Appearance

Noah is a fair skinned boy. He has long blond hair and blue eyes. He wears a green jacket with a brown shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.

Powers and Abilities

Noah is a normal human; however, that does not mean he's defenseless. Noah has taken a kick-boxing class in the mall once and he's received basic Providence training. On several occasions, he has been shown proficient enough with Providence weaponry that he is able to fight off hoards of E.V.O.s armed only with a machine gun.[citation needed] Noah also proved himself skilled in psychology, as shown when he was able to calm down Claire when she was scared. Noah is shown to be a star ping-pong player, short of Rex who enrolled in his school for one week.

For a short time, Noah was transformed into a gorilla/dog-like E.V.O. and demonstrated superhuman strength and speed but lost his ability to reason. Noah lost all his abilities as an E.V.O. when Rex finally caught and cured him.

Beverly Holiday


Beverly Holiday is the younger sister of Doctor Holiday. She first appeared as an incurable raging spider-like E.V.O. Throughout the series, she was finally cured in the episode and reunited with her older sister, Rebecca.

One of the Petting Zoo's most dangerous E.V.O.s, Beverly was kept in The Hold, a containment area meant to hold the most dangerous creatures. She is later revealed to be Doctor Holiday's incurable sister, and it is implied that Providence is using her to keep Doc Holiday working for them.

Beverly later breaks out of her cell after scratching the door a number of times before, as there are many deep gouges in the metal door. After breaking out she goes around capturing many operatives and putting them in her nest to keep them warm. It is unknown as to what she was going to do with them.

Rex and the E.V.O. come to blows several times throughout, and Rex manages to stave off or avoid her each time. Near the end of the episode she grabs Noah to add to her victims, prompting Rex and Holiday to follow. They find her with her web of captives deep in the forest area of the Petting Zoo. After a short fight, Beverly is subdued and taken back to her holding cell.

All of her prey were freed with no harm done to them, which was integral to the E.V.O.'s survival as White Knight made it clear that if she harmed or killed any of the workers she would be killed herself.



When Dr. Holiday hears word of a scientist named Doctor Branden Moses having developed a possible "cure" for incurables, she takes a leave of absence from Providence and takes Beverly with her both, in an attempt to develop a cure with Doctor Moses. It's soon revealed that Moses is instead planning to supercharge the incurable E.V.O.s mutations (the promise of a cure simply a way to gather incurables) and auction off the army of E.V.O.s to any warlord with cash.

Dr. Moses successfully super charges Beverly's mutation transforming her into a even more spider like form. Under threat from Six, Moses explains that the supercharging machine can be used to reverse the mutations instead and explains how to do so. With Six, Rex and Dr. Holiday's help, she is finally cured at the cost of the machine (which was already damaged from the fighting) and runs into Doctor Holiday's arms.



After this, she spends her stay at Providence and Rex takes her on a ride through the Petting Zoo then take her to the mall.

Powers and Abilities

As an E.V.O., Beverly had all the proportionate abilities of a spider, such as enhanced strength and agility. She was able to cross the Petting Zoo numerous times in minutes, using her agility and spider-like ability to spin webbing. She also had claws that allowed her to give devastating blows to foes, as well as cut through metal.[1] Her unique abilities were briefly amplified before she was cured by a complex machine, thereby losing all of her E.V.O. abilities.

Rex's Old Gang

Rex's Gang is an E.V.O. street gang that live in Hong Kong, China. It was revealed that Rex was the leader of this gang in his early teenage years, before he lost his memory and joined Providence.

The groups natural intent was to socialize amongst themselves since they were all E.V.O.'s. But after Rex had betrayed them and sold them to a mafia-master named Quarry; they began looting. According to Cricket and Skwydd, they've just wanted to live their own lives.

Skwydd


Skwydd (pronounced "squid") is an old teammate and friend of Rex. He is a squid/human E.V.O.

Early Life

Some time after the Nanite Event, Skwydd mutated into a humanoid squid-like E.V.O. Shunned by the rest of humanity for his freakish appearance, he ran away and eventually met a group of runaway E.V.O.s that formed a gang. The others were Rex Salazar, Tuck and Cricket.

Unknown to Skwydd and the others, Rex was lieutenant in a gang led by the crime lord Quarry. Rex would eventually trade his friends to Quarry in exchange for his freedom.

Physical Appearance

Skwydd looks human but the squid traits are evident. His skin has a pear tinge. His hair and hands are tentacle-like with suckers behind each appendage, and he can move each one of them freely. His eyes are often closed and he has very noticeable lines on his face. When he opens his mouth he has four fangs on the edges of his teeth and his tongue has an opening on the tip to eject his nanite-ink. He has dark blue eyes. He wears an orange and gray sweatshirt with the sleeves rolled back a bit for his large arms, dark pants and orange sneakers.

Personality

Skwydd is seen to be pretty much of the serious type, giving Rex serious/obvious answers when Rex jokes around. Skwydd is shown to be rather moody and rarely smiles, something Rex jokes about. Skwydd has an interest in entertaining people as a freak show act, stating "if I've gotta be a freak, might as well get paid for it."

Powers and Abilities

As an E.V.O., Skwydd can do many things. He can use his arms' rough skin as a shield and block bullets; he can also use them as a primary source for using blunt force on opponents. He can shoot an ink-like mist made of nanites out of his mouth for cover to escape tight situations. This ink can take a 3-D form in the air but is not actually solid.

Once, Skwydd's nanite power was boosted with some kind of nanite enhancer and was able to make his ink into a solid state and use it defensively by allowing them to form into tentacles and restrain opponents, but it faded eventually. This suggests he does have the potential to make his ink solid but doesn't know how to do it. While battling Rex, he is also shown stretching his arms to attack from a distance, and he can use this ability to cut through solid objects.

When Kenwyn shook Skwydd's hand in, she appeared to have gotten something sticky on them with some of it even falling on the floor. She wiped it on her pants later on. This implies that Skwydd can either secrete his nanite ink through his skin or his body is slimy to the touch.

Circe


Circe is a teenage E.V.O. with the ability to project sonic blasts from her mouth. For a long time, she staunchly believed that Van Kleiss was the only hope E.V.O. kind had left, despite his aggressive methods in achieving his goals.

However, Circe eventually realized that she and the other Pack members were only a means to an end for Van Kleiss. She later quit the Pack and went off on her own. Later, she is seen as the fourth member of Rex's old street gang, and has made good friends with Tuck and the others.

Physical Appearance

Circe's new appearance. Circe has pale skin, dark brown eyes, and shoulder-length black hair that has been dyed deep red halfway down. She wears a dark red overall dress with a beige waistbelt, over a gray turtleneck and gray pants, with black knee-high boots. She also has long beige-colored bandages wrapped around her forearms and upperarms. When Circe uses her sonic scream, a second tubular, fanged mouth moves through her first one and temporarily rips open the flesh surrounding her mouth. According to Doctor Holiday, Circe is very pretty.

Circe's attire has changed drastically while being in Hong Kong, China with Tuck, Skwydd and Cricket.[2] Instead of being colored deep red, her hair is now halfway dyed a light plum color, and her overall dress is colored dark gray as opposed to being dark red. She still wears the same pale brown-colored arm bands and knee-high boots she had worn in her previous outfit. Rex says that he likes her new look, which Circe takes as a compliment.

Personality

Circe is serious and has a dry wit. She believes that it is ultimately impossible for E.V.O.s and humans to get along in the world. Thus, she joined The Pack, thinking that being with other E.V.O.s like herself would allow her to find a place to belong. She will do whatever it takes to help E.V.O-kind no matter what the cost even if it means ignoring her true feelings for Rex. While in Hong Kong, with Tuck, Skwydd and Cricket Circe appears to be much calmer and having fun for once. She is often seen with a smile on her face, and seems to enjoy sitting next to or having hand-to-hand combat with Skwydd. She is also seen with a much more positive attitude, as she is no longer miserable and has found the place where she really belongs.

Powers and Abilities

E.V.O. Abilities

Circe can project ultrasonic blasts from her mouth that sounds similar to a bullhorn. Like Rex, Circe can control her nanites. When controlling it, it allows her to freely manipulate her mouth into a large fanged tube that can project her sonic yells. Her sonic bursts are quite destructive, allowing Circe to break through metal, concrete, rocks, and opponents bigger than herself with ease.[citation needed] She at one point stated that she once destroyed a bus driver's pants with her powers by accidentally finding the "exact frequency of polyester."

Hence her name, Circe also can lure other E.V.O.s towards her with a siren-like call. Regarding this particular ability, she describes herself as "a big E.V.O. magnet." The closer E.V.O.s are, the more overwhelming it becomes. However, using this ability is limited, as using it for long periods can tire Circe out.

Other Abilities

In addition, Circe is also skilled in basic hand-to-hand combat. As seen before, she's capable of sending massive kicks and punches to her opponents. Her strikes are quick and she was able to easily knock Rex out with one good kick.


Tuck


Tuck is an old best friend of Rex Salazar.

Early Life

After a undetermined amount of time after the Nanite Event, Tuck was transformed into Mummy like E.V.O. Shunned by the rest of humanity for his freakish appearance, he ran away. Finding himself in Hong Kong, he found three similar so-called freaks: Skwydd, Cricket, and Rex Salazar. Together they formed an unnamed pseudo club dubbed Rex's Old Gang.

Little did they realize that Rex was a lieutenant in a E.V.O. crime ring and would eventually trade his friends to it's leader, Quarry, for his freedom and would not see him again for, possibly, years.

Physical Appearance

Tuck is a teenage boy with a very strange appearance as an E.V.O. Tuck is basically made out of a bandage, mummy-like wrapping paper with red eyes. He wears a black torn shirt with brown pants and appears to be hollow inside.

Personality

Tuck is shown as being very friendly. He also treats most things in a casual matter. His personality is very similar to Rex. Tuck seems to think being an E.V.O. is cool. This is shown when reuniting with Rex he instantly starts talking about Rex's powers and about how much cooler they are than when they hung out. He does not seem bothered by Rex's blackouts, treating them as normal (however this could be because Rex used to keep a journal in case he had a blackout).

He also seems to have a sense of humor, trying to scare Rex when he meets up with him and joking that Rex better not forget them (when Rex goes back to Providence). Tuck can also be very cautious; this is shown when he warns Rex about getting on Quarry's bad side. Tuck can also be violent once pushed to the edge. This is shown when he punches Rex in the face after learning that Rex sold him, Skwydd, and Cricket to Quarry although Rex was supposed to be his friend.

Powers and Abilities

Tuck is an E.V.O made out of a mummy-like wrapping who can unravel, disperse, elongate and reshape himself at will, but he has never been seen. He seems to have notable acrobatic skills as seen when dodging bullets and having extreme evasive skill while fighting one on one with Agent Six. He's also very acrobatic since he was shown having a bag of cash in one hand and dodging bullets with ease just by hand-springing with one arm. He also possess great strength when he lifted a boulder and almost going to crush Rex.

Cricket


Cricket is a female E.V.O. that is a friend of Rex Salazar, that knew him before his latest case of amnesia, and a member of Rex's Old Gang.

Background

Cricket became an E.V.O. after an unspecified amount of time after The Nanite Event. Her story has not yet been told, so not much is known of her background other than that she met up with Tuck, Skwydd, and Rex Salazar some time after becoming an E.V.O. and has been with Tuck and Skwydd ever since.

Personality

Cricket actually seems to be very friendly and outgoing, though tends to be somewhat shy around Rex due to her crush on him. She is very devoted to her friends and will not hold back when fighting to protect one, such as when she helped Rex who was pinned down by one of Quarry's Enforcers, putting her own life at risk in the process.

Physical Appearance

Cricket is a young teenage girl with human and insect-like features such as her legs and skin. In correspondence with her name, Cricket actually has the features of an actual cricket, such as long bug-like legs and an olive-colored patterned exoskeleton with points. Her most outstanding trait is her hair, since it is an unusual magenta color, and her pointed ears. She normally wears a small orange sweater with a blue under shirt and a black skirt. She has a voice-activated nano-ink tattoo on the right side of her neck.

Powers and Abilities

Cricket is a human E.V.O. that developed insect-like abilities such as superhuman agility and massive leg strength. Her mutation is most noticeable in her legs, which are bent due to them being structured slightly like an actual cricket's or grasshopper's. With these legs, she has the ability to jump impressively high and fast and land violently on her opponents, pinning them to the ground. In the episode "Rabble," she used her legs to kick one of Quarry's Enforcers, that were twice her size. Again, when battling Quarry with the team, she kicked a part of a pillar, causing it to go flying towards Quarry. It appears she has an exoskeleton, with notable spikes on her arms

The Six

The Six are a group of mercenaries that consists of the six most dangerous people in the world. Each member's name goes by how dangerous they are. As noted by Six, the ranking focuses on how dangerous they are which in turn is determined by skill level and personality.

Dos


Dos (means "two" in Spanish) is an elderly Spanish gentleman whose teammates are Trey, IV, Five and Six. He is the second most dangerous man on the planet[1] and the current leader of The Six.

At some point in Dos' life, he met his mentor One and later met Trey, IV, Five, and Six.

Dos and the rest of The Six kidnapped Rex for the purpose of curing One. When Rex failed to cure One, he and the others agreed to kill One because they believed that killing him was better than locking him up in a cage. After Dos was defeated, he helped Rex even though One died eventually.

Personality

As the second most dangerous man on the planet, Dos is the cruelest of his group. Though he cares for his mentor, One, he is very willing to kill him, just to "put him out of his misery". Six stated that Dos never shows mercy.

Physical Appearance

Dos is well-dressed, wearing a dark brown suit and yellow tie. Dos has grey hair and a mustache. His eyes usually appear to be closed.

Powers and Abilities

Due to being the second most dangerous man on the planet, his fighting skills are very proficient and he has remarkably quick reflexes. His main weapon is a cane that can be used as a laser pistol, a gas emitter, or sharpened into a blade. For instance, he managed to briefly fend off both Rex and Six simultaneously with his cane.


Trey


Trey (a play on "Trois", the french word for Three) is a large man shown in the episode Divide By Six. His teammates are Dos, IV, Five and Six and his mentor one . He is the third most dangerous man on the planet.

Physical Appearance

Trey is the largest and the tallest among his comrades. He has red spiky hair and sideburns. His eyes are brown, and his light tan lips are thick. He wears a light blue headband, navy t-shirt and large light blue dungarees.

Personality

Trey is not the most intelligent among his comrades. He acts like a stereotypical hillbilly-thug. He is shown to be cruel like the rest of the Six and has a habit a cracking bad jokes, which constantly annoys Five. He is slightly less insulting compared to Dos and IV, but he was not above cracking a cruel joke that Rex's cries sounded like his dogs when Rex was struggling to cure One. He also has a habit of smiling most of the time, which differs from the other members of the Six, who usually keep a neutral look most of the time. Like the other members of the Six he is very secretive about his life and job. He may work as an enforcer, due to Six's comment about him "breaking arms and legs".


IV


IV (a roman numeral for "four" and pronounced like ivy) is a mummy-like mercenary who was shown in the episode Divide By Six. His teammates are Dos, Trey, Five and Six.

History

Along with the others, he agreed to killing One only because they think that he may be better off dead than living the rest of his life trapped in a cage. His bandages seem to cover up most of his body, showing only his right eye, mouth and fingers.

Personality

He has a rough voice and lost his pinky during a job in Malaysia. Out of all the six, he is the most paranoid and would quickly assume the worst.

Physical Appearance

IV is medium tall and lean. He wears a dark jacket with a hoodie that covers his head. The rest of his body are covered with bandages, except his jaw, fingers and one of his eyes.

Powers and Abilities

His main weapon is the bandages that cover him, it seems he is able to control them. He can use them to bind opponents and can even use them to his very own aid. For example when hiking, he used his bandaged to wrap around a rock and pull himself up.

Five


Five is a pink-haired English rocker, as shown by her unique sense of fashion and guitar. Along with Dos, Trey, IV and Six, she is the fifth most dangerous person on the planet and the only female member of The Six.

Personality

Five appears to have a short temper, as she openly expresses her annoyance every time Trey says something completely unrelated to the situation, or unintelligent.[1] Similar to her number, she is colder and crueler then Six, but she is shown to be slightly kinder than the ones ranked above her. Unlike Dos and IV, she never once insulted Rex on the mission to save One, and she even threatened Trey for making a cruel joke towards Rex when he was trying to cure One. However, she was still not above attacking Rex and Six and trying to kill her old master. Like the others members of the Six, she is very secretive about her life and her job.

Physical Appearance

Five is the shortest and smallest among her group. She has pink hair, gray blue eyes and dark pink lips. She wears a sleeveless pink and black top and pants. She also wears black arm bands, a collar and boots.

Powers and Abilities

Her main weapon is a pink guitar which she uses as a blunt instrument. With her guitar, she's able to send strong seismic waves by smashing her guitar onto the ground, allowing it to go along a trail to attack her opponent. Five wields the instrument with impeccable skill, which when combined with her speed and fighting abilities makes it a formidable weapon. It also seems to be very durable, as she is able to bludgeon her opponents without causing any damage to the weapon, deflect sword slashes, and absorb the impact of Trey's fists. Her guitar can be shattered if struck in the right place, as shown when Six sliced the head of the instrument in half with his sword.

Like the rest of The Six her speed, strength, and agility are at the peak of human ability. Likewise she can hold her own in a fight with even the most skilled opponents.


The New Providence

Providence is a clandestine organization that was created in response to the Nanite Event. Providence's primary function is to contain, cure or kill hostile E.V.O.s. Its current leader is Black Knight.

Providence is very secretive about its actions, especially in the case of Rex, possibly for employee's safety and privacy. For instance, after Rex cures an E.V.O.," Six prevents a news reporter from asking questions about what happened and from filming the scene.

Providence views Rex as their secret weapon in the war against E.V.O.s.

Founded probably in collaboration by the governments of the world in response to the Nanite Event, Providence uses its army to combat the E.V.O. threat. This army is made up of thousands of loyal soldiers willing to risk their lives for the cause.

When Providence was first starting out, the organization's primary method of dealing with E.V.O.s was to kill them. Even E.V.O.s that they captured were only held long enough to be experimented on and dissected for study.

After Agent Six discovered Rex, an E.V.O. with the ability to cure other E.V.O.s, Providence eventually adopted their current way of handling E.V.O.s: curing them. The organization also began to receive greater funding from the world's governments due to this non-violent approach[3]. However, it should be noted that White Knight will still occasionally order his troops to take lethal action against E.V.O.s, but only in extremely dire situations.

Following the six month time-skip, Providence has undergone several changes due to White Knight's removal and replacement by Black Knight as leader. The organization now focuses on the capture and brainwashing of E.V.O.s using Caesar's technology. As of now these changes of procedure have been explained as a way of controlling the creatures, but any other reasons behind this new system have yet to be revealed.

Black Knight


Black Knight is the current head of Providence. She took over the organization after White Knight attempted a takeover after being fired and has been running it ever since for six months.

Backstory

Black Knight's history prior to her first appearance is unknown. It is known, however, that she became White Knight's successor about six months prior to Rex's re-arrival at Providence. She claims that she was put in White Knight's place after he attempted a hostile takeover.

Personality

Black Knight is a cool-headed and deceitful woman, rarely displaying any signs of distress and keeping a calm facade even in the face of adversity. Upon his return to Providence after the six month skip, she greeted Rex with a sense of compassion and offered him nourishment in an attempt to make him feel comfortable with the changes they had undergone since White Knight's dismissal from the organization. Despite her initial courtesy, it soon became clear that she sees Rex only as a valuable commodity. She is revealed to be ruthless and manipulative, easily twisting words and ordering the use of the mind control device to force Rex to cooperate.

Physical Appearance

Black Knight has short bob-cut purple hair with bangs that cover half her face and wears dark lipstick. She wears a long-sleeved, dark gray dress with a black belt and cape. She also wears black boots, overall having an all black attire.

Ceasar Salazar


Caesar Salazar is Rex's older brother and one of the surviving scientists of the Nanite Project.

Early Life

Caesar (pronounced with the Spanish variant César) was born and raised in a small remote town where he went to school and received a basic education. Since he was a kid, he was distinguished by his extraordinary inventiveness. At some point Caesar along with his parents - Violeta and Rafael Salazar - had been traveling all around the world. After Rex was born, the whole family settled in Geneva, Switzerland. Yet still, he and Rex kept coming back to the small town for summer holidays.

Later Caesar, alongside his parents, started the nanite research team in Abysus. During the research, the scientists divided into groups - each having different ideas about how to use the power coming from the nanites.

Due to the unfortunate event, ten-year-old Rex was gravely hurt and only an infusion of nanites could save him. Yet the successful operation did not convince the others to change their plans. One of the scientists sabotaged the project, which caused a massive explosion, and it was Rex's new powers (which were, most likely, a side-effect of the previous infusion) that saved Caesar and Rex during the Nanite Event.

Just before the explosion, Caesar fled to his research pod and activated its subspace engines to get away. The engines were super charged and launched the pod into orbit at super speeds. The speed he was traveling at was so great that in the fifteen minutes it took to take control over the machine, five years had gone by in the rest of the world. It explains how and why he has not aged one bit. Caesar was first mentioned to Rex by Dr. Rylander, which brought hope to Rex that he might learn more about himself once they both met.

Personality

Caesar's personality is akin to that of a mad scientist, coming off to Rex and the others as a tad out of whack from reality. Yet he seems to be aware of his own eccentricities as demonstrated when Rex asked him, "Are you crazy?!" to which he replied, "Depends on who you ask."

Although having no amnesia, Caesar has an information gap due to his five-year absence in sub-speed caused by the explosion blast at the Abysus research facility.

He occasionally talks off subject, easily distracted, does not seem to listen when spoken to directly and sometimes forgetful in daily activities. For example while he and Rex were trying to escape from Abysus, out of nowhere he asked Rex if he would like to see a photo of them and their father, Rafael[1]. Caesar is also very upbeat, curious and quite over-protective of his younger brother. In fact, it seems some of Caesar's less "weird" traits are shared with Rex, such as his sense of humor and loyalty.

Caesar seems to be fearless, as long as science is involved, as he was not afraid of the mutations due to his work on nanites. As he had previously mentioned, he and his colleagues had expected mutations, but nothing like the present E.V.O.s and had stood in front of many without worrying about being harmed. Thus far, it seems that he is generally not afraid of anything, as made apparent by not only the E.V.O. situations, but the way he barged into Providence without prior worry. Aside for science, he also isn't afraid to go up against stronger men like Agent Six or Hunter Cain to defend Rex even though he is not technically a combatant or Rex doesn't necessary need help.

However, Caesar has shown to lack emotion at several instances in the series. For example, he wasn't able to understand that putting the EVOs in the Petting Zoo under mind control was a morally wrong decision to make, and believed that it was the 'only logical conclusion' when it came to dealing with them. He later decided to use this technique on Rex after seeing that there were no alternatives, but was hesitant when Black Knight asked him to raise the power level on the mind-control device in order to gain Rex's compliance. When the device was ousted by his brother, Caesar seemed not to consider his well-being and offered to use the prototype on Rex, as per Black Knight's instructions.

Caesar is known to have a unique taste for food; especially pizza, with his favorite topping being salmon and pineapples. He also enjoys smoothies - although the way he makes them is weird.

Physical Appearance

Caesar is a tall man in his early twenties. Being half-Mexican and half-Argentinian, Caesar has a darker skin-tone, brown eyes and dark hair which seems to be naturally spiky. His facial features are similar to Rex's, only more angular, with the addition of small lines near his eyes.

He wears a khaki vest with a green long sleeved shirt underneath and green pants. Caesar also wears heavy, military-like boots. When working in his lab he wears safety goggles.

Before the Nanite Event, he wore a blue dress shirt with a red tie under a white lab coat.

He also has light blue pajamas.

In six months in the future, he grew a beard, but he shaved it off.

Abilities

Inventing skills: As a skilled inventor, Caesar can build his own unique devices to defend himself, such as the sonic-wave hand-held device that can knock people out. He has his own mobile high-tech lab from the original Nanite Event which contains a huge collection of inventions from the initial portable Abysus lab which "Van Kleiss would love to get his hands on."

Genius-level intellect: Despite being ignorant to the last five years, Caesar still trumps other scientists with his knowledge about the nanites, as he was the one who contributed to and worked on the original Nanite Project with his parents, Rafael and Violeta. He is the only known person besides Van Kleiss still alive that took part in the project.

Hand-to-hand combat skills: Although Caesar knows how to fight, he has normal human strength and is unable to take down opponents stronger than himself. Instead, he often relies on his inventions to defend himself.

Original: Dr Thomas Clanton


Thomas Clanton has always known he was exceptionally brilliant. He just needs to make sure the rest of the world knows it.

In college, he was a classmate of Rebecca Holiday. To say he had a crush on her would be an understatement. Obsession would be a better term to his feelings for her. When he asked her out, she turned him down. Several times. They would both gradiate near the top of their class.

After graduation, both hoped to get a job with Providence. Unfortunately, again, Thomas was rejected. This led him to offer his genius to anyone who would hire him. After the nanite event, that person was Van Kleiss. Clanon offered to work for free, provided that when Providence fell, he would take Holiday as his reward. He used his scientific brilliance in the service of Abyssus, including the device which enhanced Breach's powers.

During the six months Rex skipped, Clanton and Van Kleiss had a difference of opinion, and he left Abyssus. Black Kight saw his genius, and knowledge of Van Kleiss' operations, as something she could use. She hired him, offering him protection from any retribution Van Kleiss might seek, and all the lab equipment he could ever want. He agreed, hoping that someday, he would have the one thing his genius or his employers could never provide hm; Rebecca Holiday as his bride.

He has since left Black Knight's employ, in a rather dramatic fashion, after she had Dr Holiday imprisoned. Clanton escaped with her, and joined the Providence offshoot. He is closer to his ultimate goal, having finally gained the love of his dream woman. And now, despite her unwanted pregnancy, the goal line has been reached, as they recently married. They are now the parents of a baby boy, Thomas Isaac Clanton, who will be every bit the genius his parents are.

Joe Brighton is an orphan, who lived in an orphanage before the Nanite Event. When the event happened, he left the orphanage and became a street urchin. Like most others during this time, Joe was infected with the nanites, turning him into an E.V.O. However, his change was strangely different compared to others. He obtained the ability to make parts of his body into machines, like he was controlling the nanites inside him, similar to Rex. When he learned of his new abilities, he decided to lay low, not wanting to get involved with others. However, he started to learn of Providence and their values on trying to help cure people after the incident. He then heard of Rex, and his accomplishments. However, he still felt he shouldn't get involved just yet. Suddenly, before he could make any decision on making himself known, Rex vanished, then Providence started to fight amongst themselves, until Black Knight took over.

Afterwards, Joe decided that he should show himself, so he started to fight E.V.O.'s that were wreaking havoc in populated areas, then leaving before New Providence could arrive. Some believed that the handiwork was of Rex, who vanished, not knowing the true reason behind it. Six months passed, and Rex returned seemingly out of nowhere. Joe, however, continued doing the work he believed Rex would've continued, not knowing he returned.

Scott is also an EVO, currently working with White Knight and the remnants of the old Providence. He is 25 years old. He is currently dating, but not when he is in a mission.
Scott can extend his limbs, fingers and toes up to three feet. He has been training with Six after Six's return after the time skip to perfect his powers. Recently infected by Anne, then cured. After Rex cured the world, if one of the few EVOs left.

Strengths: Fine control of powers. Willingness to train. Puts self in harms way at times. Is a good friend of Rex's. Near Genius IQ.
Very professional in combat situations. Can cure, using Thomas' cure, but only if concentrating.

Weaknesses: Biometrics tend to be unstable when he is near the three foot length. Still a bit impulsive.

Anne is an EVO, currently wokring with White Knight after the Time skip. She is 25 years old, and is dating. Unlike Scott, she dates whether in or out of action, which has Holiday worried.
Anne can change the density of her body from near ethereal to as hard as diamond. She tends to be more lax in training than either Scott or Rex. Recently injected with Thomas' cure, then infected by a vampire EVO. Bit Scott, cured him, and was cured of vampirism by Scott. Is now one of the few EVOs left after Rex cured the world.

Strengths: Can fly (under certain conditions). Is mostly indestructible (under certain conditions). Average IQ.
Can cure using Thomas' cure, but only when concentrating.

Weaknesses: Can be blown away by strong winds when near ethereal. Dates both in and out of action. Biometrics are worse the further away from normal density she is. Tends to be a bit brash at times. Rarely, if ever, trains. Hates Black Knight.

After Rex cured most of the E.V.O.s, Scott and Anne married. Anne recently gave birth to an E.V.O. daughter, who they named Eve. She will be their only child.

Van Kleiss


Van Kleiss is the leader of the Pack and Abysus. He wants to take over the world and start a new era for E.V.O.-kind. To help him accomplish this, he has formed a dangerous group of E.V.O.s called the Pack. He claims to know all about Rex and his past, a fact he often uses to try to persuade Rex to join his cause.

Background

Van Kleiss was a scientist who was doing nanite research with Dr. Gabriel Rylander. When the Nanite Event occurred five years ago, Van Kleiss was in close proximity to the blast. Afterward, Kleiss presumably discovered that he was gifted with the ability to control abysus, infused with the nanites from the blast. However, Van Kleiss' nanites are not stable, and he requires a constant supply of active nanites to maintain his form.

Personality

Van Kleiss is cunning, clever, can be manipulative and try to seize opportunities to further his plans. He often tries to get anything that he could use to his advantage. He is cold and ruthless when it comes to what he wants, it is evident that if one does not comply with Van Kleiss' orders he will turn them to stone by draining their nanites for nourishment and put their petrified bodies in his "garden".

Van Kleiss talks in a polite manner most of the time, even during battle or taunting his opponents. He will not hesitate to kill Pack members if they make him angry enough, seeing them merely as a means to an end. He has a bit of a humorous side to him; during his battle with Rex, where he stopped in mid-battle just to ask Rex why was he "taking out his frustrations on a wall". However, Van Kleiss' polite attitude is just a way to hide the darker side of his personality, and he it has been able to trick many people at first (including Rex, Bobo, Noah, and the U.N. delegates) before seeing his malevolent nature.

He is shown to be an apt planner, secretly putting his nanite infused soil under the city to make himself as powerful as he is in Abysus as he attempts to take over the UN. He keeps a level head nearly all of the time, even in a situation when the odds are against him.

He has a strong dislike toward Providence. He stated he does not like them meddling with his plans, however shows a polite attitude toward Dr.Holiday when she tries to keep Rex from starting a fight. Also, he does not like the fact that people see Providence as "saviors", while Van Kleiss sees himself as the true "savior". He purposely did not announce his arrival in New York City or about his diplomatic immunity, so that Providence would attack him and his henchmen, just for the purpose of humiliating them.

Physical Appearance

Van Kleiss is a tall, broad, middle-aged man that is always clad in dark clothes and boots. His face is long and drawn under the eyes, which are a dark red. He usually wears his black hair long with white-grayish streaks on the left and right ends of his bangs. Before he was cured by Rex, his clothing seemed to be a part of him as it regrew whenever he resurrected himself.

He has several mechanical parts from his right arm to his chest. The most notable is his large golden, bio-mechanical hand that he uses to drain nanites from other E.V.O.s. The tips of the fingers end in large, blunt pins; only when he's about to feed do the pins extend into needles. The other inorganic parts of him are a large circular yellow hole in his chest that is linked to a large metal collar and possibly down to his right hand.

After being cured, Van Kleiss's mechanical hand was fully restored to a normal hand. Although not shown, at some point he must have later created an upgraded version of his bio-mechanical hand.

He was shown with a black suit, and his hair slicked back during a formal event.

Powers and Abilities

In his homeland of Abysus he was very powerful, close to omnipotence. He was able to manipulate the whole environment and summon strong roots, vines, and creepers that could grab, hold up things, and aid his movement at will. He could even make it rain at just one spot. He can do all this, as the whole land was seeded with his own nanites. He could also form the roots out of his body and use them as makeshift offensive weapons. While in Abysus, he seemed to be immortal and could regenerate himself no matter how great the wound.

He was so strong in Abysus that his enemies would not dare attack him there. Providence once sent an army to save Rex in Abysus, but in the end they were all wiped-out with ease. Six was the only survivor of the rescue team.

Though more of a survival mechanism than a power, Van Kleiss could also use his bio-mechanical hand to drain the nanites out of other E.V.O.s, resulting in the E.V.O. being petrified and turned into a stone statue. It's shown later that the E.V.O.s that have been turned to stone are actually alive in their petrified state, some even able to break free with concentration, and are turned to stone again when their concentration is broken.

On trips out of Abysus, he was seen transporting nanite-infused soil with him. It was shown that he would die without his nanite-infused soil, or at least be severely weakened.

Van Kleiss is shown to control an army of E.V.O.s under his command. His most powerful and elite E.V.O.s are formed into a group known as "the Pack". It is currently unknown how he is able to control the less intelligent E.V.O.s, while more intelligent ones could have been "persuaded" to join his cause.

His body also acted as an organic stabilizer for the highly unstable nanites in Abysus. Dr Holiday theorized that he was bonded to them at the molecular level and as a result Rex killing him made them more unstable. Indeed without him the nanites turned vicious and began to eat Abysus from the inside out and became roving swarms of black goo.

After being cured by Rex, Van Kleiss lost all of his original powers as an E.V.O., but claimed he still had his greatest strength: his intellect.

When he reappeared later, rather than his hand, his entire arm was bio-mechanical. It has the ability to stretch out, though the limitations of this are unknown. It also possesses superhuman strength as it is able to lift Agent Six during their brief battle, and easily punch through solid rock. He also demonstrated the capability to fire a multitude of sharp-edged gold-colored projectiles from his bio-mechanical arm at incredible speeds. His hand also stretches some 10-30 feet, and he can turn a lake of water into a solid chunk of compressed, frozen block of land. He was also capable of punching bowling balls quickly as they were launched from Rex's slam cannon.

After absorbing all of Rex's active nanites (excluding the Omega-1 Nanite) Van Kleiss gained the ability to create E.V.O.s. These E.V.O.s are marked with a bright golden-colored handprint where he grabbed them, in addition to this the E.V.O.s he creates are highly unstable and if not cured in time will become incurable. He is also incredibly agile.

It seems that he still needs to feed off of E.V.O.s as he stated that he still needs nanites to survive.

Van Kleiss recently cloned an heir, combining his DNA with Breach's. The result was a boy, who Van Kleiss named Adam, saying he was the first of a new breed of E.V.O.

Breach


Breach is a four-armed human E.V.O. who is a member of The Pack. Dangerous and unpredictable, she can tear open reality itself, creating portals that can connect any two places.

Personality

Breach is rather childish, sensitive, and lonely. She yearns for things such as people, E.V.O.s and objects to overcome her loneliness, treating those that attract or amuse her like toys and putting them in her creepy "dollhouse" pocket dimension. If anything in her pocket dimension is "broken", "out of place," or simply bores her, she sends them to different parts of the world. Breach's pocket dimension is revealed to be her comfort zone; she became distressed to the point of imploding into a portal when Rex wrecked all her things.

Breach is also somewhat of a perfectionist; she wants everything to be in its place and to be "new and shiny." For instance, in her pocket dimension she has the ice cream trucks and scooters arranged in neat rows. She also seems to occasionally rhyme, perhaps as a part of her childish personality. Breach also seems to see everything she does as part of a game. This is supported by her desire of Rex as her "favorite" toy. She's told Rex that they would "play" with him later just before leaving a battle.

She appears to be selfish at times, noting to Doctor Holiday that Van Kleiss didn't always control her and stubbornly believing that Rex belongs to her. She reveals that while she didn't want to collect Rex anymore, that he was still her's to mess with. It is revealed later on that Breach has a distorted view of the world around her, and as a result of this she does not always know what is real.

Physical Appearance

Breach has shoulder length black hair that is shorter in the back and gets longer in the front, pale skin, and light green, pupil-less eyes. Her hair usually hides her face entirely but during episodes where she has a significant part it is pushed back. As a result of the activation of her nanites, her arms have grown to large proportions, particularly the forearms and hands. She also has an extra pair of normal sized arms directly underneath her larger arms.

She wears an outfit resembling a school-girl uniform: a red skirt, a button-up shirt, and knee high socks with Mary Jane shoes. Her shirt also has holes torn from underneath the sleeves, where her extra arms can protrude.

Powers and Abilities

E.V.O. Powers

Breach's extra set of arms, as well as her original enlarged arms, serve her well in combat situations. Using her larger arms, Breach can tear open reality and space, creating wormholes. However, holding large portals open causes somewhat of a strain on her.[citation needed] Her portals also seem to have a plane, as those who go through them can stand within the portal without having to step out on either of the linked locations; a technique Breach has used in combat.

Breach can also use her portals in offense. Being able to stand in between a portal, she can give the impressions of rising from and sinking into the ground, floating in midair, appearing from nowhere and attacking from more than one place. They also help her in attacking from a distance or hidden location. She can pull or push opponents into her portals, launch the portals at the enemy to teleport them elsewhere, or simply open several of them at once and strike through them with melee attacks from any angle. She can also hold the portal open with her two large hands and bring it down from above the victim.

When her hands are bound, she can use her mind to open the portals.[4] These portals, though, are smaller, closer to her body, and lead to a random location out of reflex or retaliation. When caught off guard, she can be touched and hurt.

Breach also has a pocket dimension where she stores the "toys" or "shiny things" (various vehicles, mannequins, E.V.O.s) that appeal to her. When they are "broken", "out of place" or "no good", she opens a portal and throws them away in the real world. The pocket dimension is the entire city of Greenville, Ohio, which disappeared off the map several years ago when Breach took it. The city is her entire "dollhouse" in which she plays with her toys and keeps everything neat and tidy.

Any disruption in Breach's organization causes her great mental stress. She may suffer a mental meltdown and implode into one of her portals if she gets rattled enough. It is shown that Breach's portals can be blocked by a phase scrambler.

Enhanced

When Breach's powers are enhanced, she can open portals through time at will. Unlike her regular portals that glow a crimson color, her time portals glow a golden color. By opening them in time, she possesses the ability to either take or send things from the past or future. For instance, she transported a tyrannosaurus rex from the past to attack Rex and later sent Rex to the future.[10] The downside to this is that when her powers are enhanced, she is under the control of Van Kleiss' technology, giving him full control of whether or not he wants her to be in control of her powers.

Biowulf


Biowulf is one of Van Kleiss henchman, the most loyal and the second in command in The Pack.

Personality

Biowulf's personality is cold and cruel, the only caring aspect being his loyalty to Van Kleiss. Biowulf rarely speaks, but when he does, it's usually to gloat or to relay orders to fellow subordinates. Biowulf is shown as a tactical leader of The Pack, but he does show very little care towards his underlings. He seems to dislike anyone who gains Van Kleiss' favor, something Rex often takes advantage of.

Physical Appearance

Biowulf's appearance is that of an anthropomorphic cybernetic wolf-like creature (stemming from his name). His face, torso and legs, retaining the most cybernetic appearance, are a dark shade of purple. His arms (which seem to be part of his true biological form), are a pale white with large gray blotches, almost matching his hair, which is pure white and long, reaching down to the lower part of his back. His teeth and claws are a different hue of purple, while his eyes are red when they are lit up. He has five large claws on each hand, and two claws on each foot.

Powers and Abilities

Biowulf is a skilled melee fighter, holding his own in a fight, even against a renown fighter like Agent Six. Biowulf has superhuman strength, speed and agility. Biowulf's weapon of choice is his own body; his razor sharp claws prove to be formidable in battle even against agent Magna Blades. Biowulf also has sufficient leadership capabilities. Whenever Van Kleiss is out of commission or unavailable, Biowulf is automatically appointed the de facto leader of The Pack.

Biowulf is very strong and is capable of leaping large heights of feet into the air. He also can use his razor sharp claws to his assistance in order to rip apart planes. Biowulf is capable of dispatching large mobs of E.V.O.s with ease.

Skalamander


Skalamander is a lizard E.V.O. who is one of Van Kleiss' loyal henchmen and a member of The Pack. It is unknown whether Skalamander was a human or animal before he became an E.V.O.

Physical Appearance

Skalamander has scaly green skin, a stubby right arm, and a massive left arm that has a multitude of blue-green crystal formations. He has a typical reptilian head that stands completely vertical and he always has saliva around his mouth. His pupil-free eyes are dark yellow and he has six crystal spikes jutting from his left shoulder/upper back region. His four legs are stubby with three toes each and he has a rather thick tail.

Personality

So far, little is known about his personality. He appears to be strong and have great defense among the Pack but not the most intelligent. Like Biowulf, Skalamander is also shown to be very loyal to Van Kleiss.


Bouncer


Bouncer is an E.V.O. that works with The Pack. It can separate and become two counterparts to itself. It first made an appearance inside the Whale Blimp, and later worked as a bouncer at a party of the Abysus Consulate. It later appeared with the Pack when they attempted to destroy Providence, and also accompanied the group to The Bug Jar.

Original: Exhalt


When Gwen Tennyson was brought to Rex's dimension, a small hole between it and the Null Void opened up. When she returned home with Len, it was big enough for one prisoner to use for his own purposes. That prisoner's name is Exhalt.

Exhalt was operating on Earth, abducting young women, feeding on their endorphins and enslaving them. His plans were to use them to breed a new species, which would take over Earth. On one of his earliest cases as a Plumber, Max Tennyson stopped Exhalt's plans, sending him to the Null Void. As he was sucked into the portal, Exhalt swore revenge.

When King Viktor was sent to the Null Void, he brought a picture of Gwen with him. Exhalt learned she was Max's granddaughter, and knew he had the means of his revenge. He just needed the strength to open a portal to Earth. Not having fed on female endorphins in decades, he wasnt strong enough. That's when the hole into Rex's dmension opened up.

Exhalt lured young women into the portal, through as yet unknown means. Among them was Beverly Holiday. Having fed, he is stronger, but he still needs more endorphins before he can try to return to his Earth.

Tempus is a humanoid EVO, met be Scott while he was looking for Rex. Tempus has the power to send people through time, but only once (both forward and back or back and forward). He can also send people to alternate timelines, if given information.
Tempus is presumed cured when Rex cured the world (although he could have escaped)

Strengths: Able to send people into the past or future. Able to send people into alternate time lines. Can hide out of synch with the timestream.

Weaknesses: Tends to be a bit nuts (like Breach). Powers only work once and only once per person. Does not want to be cured.

Roger was once an EVO who could make clones of himself with enough nanites. He was cured by Rex. He worked, for a time, with Black, trying to make good with New Providence, but once the Meta Nanites started to appear, he was shut out of Black's plans.

Currently, he is working in Providence. He works with nanites to try to help others. He will not use these nanites to make EVOs or change himself.

Strengths: High Intelligence. Some knowledge of New Providence (and Providence). Highly skilled in nanite programming.
Likes Rex.

Weaknesses: Tends to hold grudges for long periods of time (especially against Rex and Black). Hates Black. Hates to be disturbed while working. Does not like to be under supervision.

In the immediate aftermath of the original nanite event, a Russian aircraft carrier was abandoned when half the crew went E.V.O. Sometime later, a group of refugees, including brilliant scientists, took the ship over. With their technological advances, they named their floating kingdom Techtopia. One man eventually became the ruler of this kingdom, declaring himself Caliph. Not having a permanent home, the Techtopians sailed the seas, occasionally claiming islands as temporary homes until they were forced off.

Over the years, the Caliph had himself improved with cybernetic implants. He also began building a harem of women, who he kept loyal to him with chips, implanted at the base of the skull. He knows he will find a woman whose beauty will make her his perfect Queen, someday.

Currently, Techtopia has annexed Thomas Clanton's island. Dr Holiday was captured, to be the newest addition to the Caliph's harem. Thankfully, Clanton and Rex have saved her, and the Techtopians fled Clanton's Island, fearing Agent Six.

In the wake of this, a Techtopians soldier deposed the Caliph, taking the throne for himself. He intends to reclaim Holiday, and the child she carries, having no fear of Six. The deposed Caliph has come to warn Providence.

A third Caliph, an E.V.O. enhanced with Techtopian nanites, took the throne, and sought the mother of his predecessor's child. His forces captured Holiday at the beginning of her honeymoon with Thomas Clanton. The child was extracted, and she was implanted with a new chip, as was Providence agent Anne when she tried a rescue mission.

Under this current Caliph. Techtopia developed a new form of nanites, gamma nanites. These nanites acted like the loyalty chips in females, but caused agonizing, sometimes fatal, mutations in males. Only when a Techtopian scientist betrayed his people was a tense standoff between the Caliph's forces and Providence ended. The gamma nanites remain a potential weapon, but the Caliph has been forced to forego any further attempts to add Holiday or Anne to his harem.

[Rainbow Ranger]

Dawn is a clone created by Adam, and a master assassin with EVO powers to match. She is not interested in killing Rex, but she likes hunting Eve. She is "dating" Adam.

If any boy could truly be called his parents' son, it's Tommy Clanton. The son of Thomas Clanton and Rebecca Holiday, Tommy is as much a genius as either parent. His life did have a rocky start, being taken from Rebecca's womb and placed into a Techtopian artificial womb so she could bare children for the Caliph of that floating kingdom. Thankfully, Thomas saved her and their unborn son. Eventually, the womb opened, and a happy, healthy baby boy entered the world.

Tommy grew up with the daughter of Providence agents Scott and Anne, Eve, as one of his closest friends. They were made close because they shared the same birthday. As they got older, they realized they wanted to be more than friends and started dating. Soon after their 20th birthdays, Tommy proposed, and Eve said yes. Unfortunately, Adam, the cloned son of Van Kleiss and Breach, also wanted to marry her. He had Eve abducted to Abyssus, and threatened her family if she didn't marry him. Tommy saved his beloved, unaware that Adam had a clone of Eve made.

Tommy and Eve would meet the clone, named Dawn, soon after closing on their first home. Adam and Dawn, wanting to have children, sought out the science of Techtopia. The scientists there needed Tommy to modify one of their artificial wombs so a child could be carried from conception to term inside. Adam and Dawn abducted Tommy, by threatening his younger sister, Sarah, as well as Eve's parents. Tommy agreed, promising Eve that as soon as he returned, they would marry. He slipped a tracker into her pocket, so she would know where he is.
