Omega: Good.
(Omega pours Iota a glass of a strange liquid. It looks like blue mouthwash, but doesn't smell of mint.)
Omega: This is the formula of which I spoke. We must drink it once a decade to keep the aging process slowed.

Omega: Now, would you like to get to know our equipment, or should we retire to the bedroom?

Iota: I want to see the equipment first.

Omega: Alright. There are seven basic pieces. They have different appearances, depending on what era we are going to.
(Omega opens a weapons case. he takes out a tape measure.)
Omega: This is our standard weapon. It can serve as a firearm, or as a sword. The barrel may seem thin, but it can fore a variety of ammunition. Like the blue bullets that dissolve clones. To use it as a sword, extend it, and pull back on the slide clip making the tape rigid. It will be has hard as steel, and as sharp as a razor. To change the ammunition, turn the belt clip counter clockwise, and it removes the barrel-like magazine. Ammunition, other than the blue bullet, is equivalent of a .44 Magnum. That is only used if there is no other option to preserving the flow of the timeline. The trigger is also the slide clip. When it is in the normal position, it's a trigger. In the forward position, it activates the built-in silencer. and since the barrel is adjustable, it can be used for close range, or as a sniper weapon. If that instance, there is a small camera in the barrel, which links to your sunglasses.
(Omega puts away the tape measure, and grabs some sunglasses.)
Omega: Your most used equipment. Not only do they conceal your identity, but they also have a heads-up display, which displays mission critical data, as well as a link to the camera in the firearm barrel. Audio output is concealed in the arms. It's not much louder than a whisper, so your targets wont be tipped off.
(Omega puts the sunglasses back, and grabs a flashlight.)
Omega: Your second most used piece of equipment. A memory eraser. No one will remember seeing us, or things that would endanger the timeline.
(Omega puts down the flashlight, and grabs a pen.)
Omega: This is mostly used for medical emergencies. A universal hypodermic. It may not look like it, but it contains over 100 different injectables. Selection is voice activated. Say what you need, and click it, the needle deploys ready with the requested injectable.
(Omega puts down the pen, and picks up a smartphone.)
Omega: Your mission computer. It can scan, analyze and compute the best course of action. Read-out is In your sunglasses. It also functions as a medical scanner. This is obviously the 21st Century look. The 20th century versions include handheld notebooks, decks of cards, even a Game Boy.
(Omega puts down the smart phone, and picks up a piece of hard candy.)
Omega: universal antidotes. Anything that has been ingested with harmful effects can be neutralized. Poisons, mind control drugs, hallucinogens. It can even be used for drug overdoses. It comes in a variety of flavors, but it cant be enjoyed just for fun.
(Omega puts down the candy, and picks up a watch.)
Omega: The most important piece of equipment. This opens the portal back here. or to your destination time. Lose this, and your stuck. It also serves as a communicator.
(Omega sets down the watch.)
Omega: That's the standard use equipment. There are other items that are deployed on a mission specific basis. If those are needed, I will brief you on their use in the field.

Omega: I will make sure your H.U.D. has tutorials, the first time you go into the field. Now that I have shown you the equipment, you are officially a member of the Temporal Intervention & Mediation Enforcers.

Omega: There aren't any. We can have as many or as few as we want. I just happened to be an only child. My parents always talked about having more, but it never happened. Any we have will be educated here, by one of us, or by another agent from another location.

Iota: No. I am only nervous because this is the first time I am naked with someone else other that my brother. He may have accidentally looked at me while I was in the shower when he was a teen.

Omega: Perhaps a little something to ease your nerves.
(Omega gets out a bottle, and fills a shot glass.)
Omega: A little bourbon can do wonders for the nerves.
