PRWF Gray Lake/Gray Lake 2500/Ranger League Robert/Revolution: Grey Lake Robert Robert is the first Rainbow Ranger in existence, and the first PRWF Grand Slam Winner. He's currently the Commissioner of the PRWF, receiving this as a gift by GAR on his birthday. He became a Ranger during the original series, and has changed several times. He met Melissa while he was a Ranger in Angel Grove, and married her on a February 14th. He runs the PRWF with fairness. He also occasionally referees matches. He left the team during Turbo, but returned for Power Rangers in Space. Currently retired from duty and living in Gray Lake. In the year 2500; Robert currently lives with his wife, Melissa in the City of Gray Lake during the Thermox Invasion. Both have been inactive for at least a century, and held most of their morphers in their possession. They needed help, and this is when they called on Trent and later Treize, and then trained them to become new Rangers.  In Ranger League, twenty year old Robert; going by Robbie, was a test subject in a radical genetic experiment. He was given unknown DNA, which mutated him into his current form; part human, part dragon. He then decided to name himself "Draco, the Dragon Man", and fight crime; but only at night. His new form gives him the power to blast flame and ice from his mouth, and he has the ability to fly. Despite being able to breath ice, he can't handle cold weather, or cold-based attacks directed at him. He's currently dating The Rainbow (see below). He also seeks to find who changed him and why. In the Revolution: Grey Lake Time Line, Rainbow is not the Commissioner of the PRWF, having suspended the PRWF some five years after the Blackout. However, he does have two things that Monroe has: One being a pendant that can suspend the blackout for an average computer, and a boosting device that can boost the pedant so that an average car can be powered. PRWF Gray Lake/Gray Lake 2500/Ranger League Melissa Melissa is the first female Rainbow Ranger. She met Robert in Angel Grove. They eventually married on a Feburary 14th. Melissa is also a fashion designer, and a PRWF Diva. She's been the Women's Champion several times, and is also the championship committee head. She and Rainbow adopted Mary (nicknamed Tempestt). Currently an active wrestler. She left the team during Turbo, but returned for Power Rangers in Space. Currently retired from duty and living in Gray Lake. She decided to fight crime mostly during the day, under the guise of "The Rainbow". She's weaker when she tangles with dark-based enemies, or when it's night time. She's currently dating Draco, and is also trying to figure out how to use her powers at night. In the Revolution: Grey Lake Time Line, Melissa is still married to Rainbow, but her businesses have not taken off, due to the blackout. She knits and keeps designing, in case the power dues come back on.

PRWF Gray Lake/ PRWF Revloution: Grey Lake Mary is 12 years old, and currently in Grey Lake Elementary. She is adopted by Rainbow and Melissa. She celebrates the same birthday as Melissa and Rainbow as a matter of convenience. She is a mutant with weather control powers. She is being trained by her adopted parents to handle her powers. She learned how to read from watching Sesame Street, and reads a lot of books, especially science fiction. In the Revoultion: Grey Lake Time Line, Melissa never went aboard Terra Venture. She is currently 24 years old, and has yet to meet Alfred. She was imprisoned in Grey Lake's prison for a few days because she accidentally killed someone.  In the future, she lives on Mirinoi and is married to Alfred Crowmeowme. They have twin children, Billy and Melissa.

PRWF Gray Lake Wild Bill William "Wild Bill" Macentire is the former Rainbow Turbo Ranger, who left during the season premiere of Rangers in Space. He usually commentates with King Tommy during his stint at the PRWF. He's married to Sandy and lives in Rio de Janiero, Brazil. Currently retired from action. Sometimes, Bill takes over as Commissioner if Rainbow is missing. PRWF Gray Lake Sweet Sandy "Sweet" Sandy Macentire is the former female Rainbow Turbo Ranger. She's now a commentator in the PRWF. She's married to Bill and lives in Rio de Janiero, Brazil. She also left after Turbo, like her husband. Currently retired from action.

PRWF Gray Lake Draco Draco is the Lost Galaxy Rainbow Ranger. He's originally from Mirinoi, like Maya. He was unfamiliar with Terra Venture's Technology when he traveled on it. He sneaked onto Terra Venture with Maya. He's currently married to Lena, and helps the Rangers get settled on Mirinoi. PRWF Gray Lake Lena Lena is Draco's wife, who is also from Mirinoi. She's friends with Maya, who she stowed away with when she went to Terra Venture. She sneaked onto Terra Venture with Draco. She assisted Draco while he helped the Rangers. She currently lives on Mirinoi again.

PRWF Gray Lake Spidra is the First of the Children of the Dragon. An Ancient Mirinoi legend said that the one that found the dragon would have several generations that would have the powers of the one that found the dragon. Spidra is the child of Draco and Lena. He became the Lightspeed Rescue Rainbow Ranger, and has helped during Katrina and the recent Japan problems. Engaged to Karla, who he has known for over 10 years. Marriage date not set yet.

PRWF Gray Lake Spidra F Spidra F is the Second of the Children of the Dragon and Time Force Rainbow Ranger. She was often in the future when the team was sent into the past. She most often assisted the Rangers. She's currently living in the year 2060 with husband Adam Crowmeowme. They have two children, Bob and Kat. Her current job is unknown. PRWF Gray Lake Clone Spidra Spidra F was cloned using cloning technology, that was in prototype stages as early as 2011. This clone, who has the same memories as Spidra, is still in Time Force, and is still working to take care of criminals in the future.

PRWF Gray Lake Spidra M Spidra M is The third of the children of the dragon, child of the Spidra F clone. He met Inu on Animaria, and fell in love instantly. After the final battle, they both married. He currently works with protecting forests and wildlife. PRWF Gray Lake Inu Inu N'rocc is a Princess, like Shayla. She was the holder of the Unicorn zord. She stayed in Animaria until the final battle, then married Spidra M. She currently works with Spidra M.

PRWF Gray Lake/Gray Lake 2500 Spidra, or "Femme" to everyone that knew her, is the Fourth of the Children of the Dragon and used to be the Rainbow Ninja Storm Ranger. She also had a crush on Tatsu, but didn't know he felt the same way until he died in the final battle with Lothor.  A few months after Tatsu's death, it was revealed that he wasn't dead, from his brother; who showed them the Starmorphers, making them Star Guardians. Femme was then made the Light Guardian of the team. Because of Tatsu being alive again, they are currently dating. Femme also currently runs a ninja school when she can. In the year 2500, Tatsu and Femme visited Gray Lake during the Thermox invasion, now long since married.

PRWF Gray Lake Malle is the Fifth of the Children of the Dragon and the Dino Thunder Rainbow Ranger. He was once evil but now reformed. He currently rules over an alliance somewhere in space, and married to Elie. The Mallean Alliance is somewhat well-known in the area of the galaxy where it is.

PRWF Gray Lake Septa is the Sixth of the children of the Dragon and the SPD Rainbow Ranger. She's currently still active in SPD, and married to Sam Crowmeowme. They have twin boys, Micron and Malle.

PRWF Gray Lake Octavo is a native of the planet Sonas, and the Mystic Force Rainbow Ranger. He's a Polysonic being, meaning he can create many sounds. Initially didn't know any Earth language, he was able to learn with his Mystic morpher. After the defeat of The Master, Octavo was given a ride back to his home planet. Currently lives back on Sonas, and is married.

PRWF Gray Lake Novum originally lived in New Orleans before Katrina hit. She was then called by Mr. Hartford like the others to become the Operation Overdrive Rainbow Ranger. Her genes were re-sequenced with the power to phase through objects. After the search for the jewels was over, Novum fell in love with Mack who was turned into a human by Sentinel Knight. They eventually married.

PRWF Gray Lake Doce is the current Rainbow Samurai Ranger, with the power of metal. He was trained by an unknown master to learn the symbol power he needed to help the other Samurai Rangers when the time came. After he was fully trained, he was told to find a new master, one he would find far away from where he was trained. Upon arriving in this new town, his wolf (his folding zord) detected symbol power. Doce followed his zord to the source, not knowing that there were wards placed all around.

Kurt is the Megaforce Rainbow Ranger, and most recent Ranger.
He is in the same class with Gia and the other Rangers.
His weapon is the Wolf Claw, similar to Doce's Wolf Claw, but of a different design. He has yet to receive a zord.

Quatra (Qa-tra): Rainbow Dino Charge Ranger.
Quatra is the latest in the Rainbow Ranger line. She is 16, and an amateur fossil hunter in Amber Beach. One day, while digging for fossils, she found what looked like a stone. Picking it up, she was bonded to the Rainbow Energem. However, until the other Dino Charge Rangers found their gems, she could not morph.
Her Zord is the Styracozord. She wields a mace when she armors up.

Rainbow's house lies in the center of Grey Lake, and was purchased by Rainbow and Melissa for $500,000 US in 2006 or thereabouts. The house is a three-acre mansion, complete with pool and garage.
Unlike other constructs in the area, there are some hidden areas that only Rainbow and Melissa know of. Mary has been sworn to secrecy as well.
Among them are a portal to a hidden dimension, called the Vault, where many old relics are stored. There is also several portals leading to hidden locations in Grey Lake, in case of invasion or nuclear assault.
Rainbow has two computers set up in an office, located near the kitchen. One is his, which he writes PRWF scripts (when the league is active) and plays several video games. The other is set up mostly as Melissa's personal computer, so that she can run her business from home. Both computers can stream with minimal additions.
The kitchen is fully stocked with Earth foods, but several alien dishes can be found. Many of the ones that would not pass muster as hidden, but Rainbow usually takes them out when he wishes to eat them. There is a wine vault near the kitchen, filled with several vintages.
The pool is heated, so that people can swim in winter. (In Revolution, the pool area was sealed off to make way for a garden, but the pool may return shortly)
There are two bathrooms. A guest bathroom and the main one. The guest one is a normal bathroom. The main bathroom's bathtub is fitted with several showerheads. This is for Melissa's use, mostly. Rainbow usually uses one shower. Thanks to rain collectors, the water reduction of this bathroom makes it similar to the other.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Rumor has it (although not yet proven) that Melissa has at one time had a video camera placed in the house. However, it is known by Rainbow that she does currently use a video camera for adult entertainment. This is done by a shell company with no relation to the PRWF. Rainbow has made sure that the PRWF cannot track any sales of adult material from the site to himself or Melissa to date.
There is an exercise room in the house, mostly for Rainbow's use. There is a treadmill and several weight machines.
The TV area has a sofa bed, and at times, has had the bed out. The TV is right now a 4K 50" TV with cable. Rainbow has put HBO and Showtime on the plan, and Melissa has pleaded, unsuccessfully, to add certain channels. A VCR / DVD combo is attached to it with a WII U and PS4 also attached.
The Garage currently hold about ten cars. Rainbow sometimes tinkers with mechanical stuff, and is always trying to keep his cars working. He has, at times, had either the Off Roader or Tower in the garage. Both still work.
