Dugal Bant is a renowned mercenary, from the planet Calumny. His inability to tell the truth has expanded his reputation across the cosmos. Hr has come to Earth to work for Galvanax, and help him get the Ninja Power Stars. He has become fixated on Sarah Thompson, the Pink Ninja Steel Ranger. He is currently unaware that the Silver Ninja Steel Ranger, Allsun Trueseker, is his Candorite counterpart.

Maz and Zena



Maz and Zena are two androids, one programmed male, one programmed female, who work for Dugal. They act as his emmisaries when meeting new clients, and as extra hands in the field.

In the past few years, the modular nature of Minutiaeian construction has truly been shown off, with one floor moved into it's (for now) permanent location, one new residence added and one new reserved floor.



As is tradition, Bobby's apartment was moved under Alfred's once Bobby turned 18. Also, per tradition, when little Morphos was born, his reserved floor was moved in under Sam's reserved floor. When Carl and Courtney arrived in Gray Lake, being the latest to join the family officially, their apartment, or barracks as they refer to it, is one floor beneath Mal's apartment.



Willy's apartment underwent some of the most drastic changes when he and his family came to visit the first time from Mirinoi. Instead of having sperate spaces for a lab, a library and a dojo, Willy combined them all into one room. He gave Maya an indoor jungle, so she would not get too homesick for Mirinoi. His small kitchenette became a ful kitchen and dining area, now that he had to cook for four. BJ and Mirianna each got their own room, with a shared play area.



When Bobby moved into his own residence on his 18th birthday, Bob and Kat gave Eliza and the twins bigger bedroom space and a larger shared bathroom.



Per Mary's request, Alfred gave her a training room, similar in function to the simu-room, inspired by the X-Men's Danger room. His lab space is smaller, but still has all the functions he needs. His once spacious entry area is now a family room, with his media room adjoining it. Where his media room originally was is now a nursery for the twins.



When Bobby turned 18, he was, per Minutiaeian tradition, given his own apartment. After his girlfriend Zoey turned 18, he invited her to move in with him. As of yet, they aren't sleeping together, as Zoey does not want to delay her college studies because of a baby. As such, she and Bobby currently have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Being college students, they both have their own study rooms, for doing their homework. The wall between the two can be opened, if they want to study together. Like his older brother and cousin Willy, Bobby set aside one room just for media. Movies, video games, CDs, even comic books. Many nights, when their homework is done, Bobby and Zoey can be found making out in the living room.



With the birth of little Morphos, Bart and Ashley gave up their half-bath for a new nursery, which is quick to access at night be going through the master bathroom.



Even though they have officially retired from military service, Carl and Courtney still think of their apartment as their barracks. Knowing of the threat posed by the Legion of the Golden Lightning, they have a small armory, which only the two of then can access. Carl also has a secure communications room, for when he has to consult for his old friend, General Hawk. While they refer to their master bathroom as a latrine, it's much more luxurious than anything they would have used while serving. Since neither one is much of a cook, their kitchen is mostly synthetrons, with some food storage. Their R & R area is a smaller version of the game room several floors below. As head of the GLPD SWAT team, Carl maintains a home office. Courtney, being a former model, has a small studio, in case she ever wants to get back in the game.
